These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the FleetView Aero website, platform, applications, and related services. By accessing or using FleetView Aero, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
FleetView Aero provides operational management software for aviation organizations, including fleet management, maintenance tracking, task management, document management, aircraft status tracking, dashboards, reporting, and analytics. FleetView Aero is an informational and operational management platform and does not provide maintenance, inspection, regulatory compliance, dispatch, airworthiness determinations, or aviation safety oversight services.
Customers are solely responsible for aircraft maintenance, regulatory compliance, airworthiness determinations, inspection scheduling, operational decisions, flight release decisions, and compliance with FAA and other applicable regulations. FleetView Aero assists in managing information and workflows but does not replace required regulatory processes or professional judgment.
Customers are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting passwords and credentials, restricting unauthorized access, and promptly notifying FleetView Aero of suspected security incidents. Users are responsible for all activity conducted under their accounts.
Customers retain ownership of all data uploaded to FleetView Aero, including aircraft records, maintenance records, operational records, documents, checklists, reports, and user-generated content. FleetView Aero does not claim ownership of customer data.
FleetView Aero grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services during an active subscription period. Customers may not reverse engineer, attempt unauthorized access, copy, or redistribute proprietary software, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.
FleetView Aero strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may experience scheduled maintenance, system updates, service interruptions, or third-party provider outages. FleetView Aero shall not be liable for losses resulting from temporary service interruptions.
FleetView Aero may integrate with third-party systems and services. FleetView Aero is not responsible for third-party outages, data accuracy, changes made by third parties, or the availability of third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FleetView Aero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services. Customers acknowledge that operational and safety decisions remain their sole responsibility.
The Services are provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. FleetView Aero makes no warranties regarding accuracy of customer-entered data, continuous availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. Customers assume all risks associated with use of the Services.
Certain Services require a paid subscription. Customers agree to pay applicable fees, maintain valid payment information, and comply with billing terms presented at the time of purchase. FleetView Aero reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
FleetView Aero may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt platform operations. Customers may terminate their accounts at any time.
FleetView Aero may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Nevada.
